Dale and Debbie Stockburger were approved as Church Planters under Home Missions of the World Baptist Fellowship Mission Agency in 2009. In 2009 they moved to Topeka, Kansas to plant a new church, Heritage Baptist Church.

Dale was saved at 7 years old at Air Base Road Baptist Church in Alexandria, Louisiana. He surrendered to the ministry at 16 years of age during a Youth Conference in Illinois.  Debbie was saved at the age of 15 at Trentman Ave Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas.  She faithfully  served there and also when it became Pleasantview Baptist Church.

Dale and Debbie met at ABC and were married in March 1990 at Trailwood Baptist Church in Grand Prairie, Texas.   As Dale was in school, they both served at Trailwood Baptist Church with Joe Bacon.  September 1995 they returned to Pleasantview Baptist Church and served in many capacities for 14 years as Sunday School teachers, Awanas, Children's Church and Dale was a deacon for many years.

Dale returned to ABC in 2007 to start night classes and near graduation the Lord laid on his heart to go start a church in Topeka, Kansas. Dale graduated from Arlington Baptist College in 2009. They took a survey trip in June 2009, secured a job and housing and then moved there in July 2009.

They started Bible studies in their home in December 2009 and later rented a place at a community center.  Later Pleasantview Baptist Church assisted them in purchasing a building.  They have a small but faithful group at this time.  Their prayer is that the Lord will send them someone to help them with the work the Lord has called them to.

Dale and Debbie have two grown children Kaleb and Courtney. Their sending church is Pleasantview Baptist Church, Arlington Texas.
